Wells. "I've been with the company three years
and they provided me with excellent training, a
job and good pay. Being loyal by watching for
anything that will cause weaving problems is the
least I can do. My supervision is loyal to the
company, and they set a good example for me to
follow."

"Put Forth More Effort"
"Loyalty is a good quality to have," says Plant
No. 1 Spinning Doffer Dennis Tucker. "I believe an
employee owes something to the company. If my
suDerintendent (Furman HumDhries) needs
someone to work over, I try to help him out. He
understands any problems I have, and that makes
me want to do a better job. My job provides a good
income for me and my family, and I'm appreciative
for having it."

"Loyal Employees Do A Better Job"
"If you aren't loyal to your employer, your job
will suffer," says Marian Coleman, Plant No. 2
Spooler Operator.
"Loyalty means doing a job the best you can,"
says the mother of ten children. You've got to do
your best when you've got that many to feed and
clothe.
I've worked at another textile plant before
coming here five years ago. I was loyal there and
did my best there, too, because I wanted a good
work record.
