Bailey Scholarship and Loan Pro gram. M.S. Bailey Scholarship recipients attending college will be Stephen Wayne McGee, David O'Shields, and Susan Simmons. They will be at the University of South Carolina. Bailey Scholars attending Clemson University will include Sandra Jean Campbell and Lee Tumblin. Two recipients will be pursuing their educational career at Presbyterian College: Todd Bond and Lisa Johnson Smith. Participants in the M.S.
