Throughout Clinton Mills, employees talk about their role in keeping quality high. Bobbie South, Clinton Cloth Room, "ft's very important that we check our fabrics very carefully so that our customers get exactly what they expect. everyone should try to keep defects to a bare minimum." Fred Ballew, Lydia Spooling. "I try to keep any dirt or oil off of the warps. Also, my fellowworkers and I are cautious not to mix any all cotton and blended yarn together." Oralee Wehunt, Lydia Spooling. "It's very important that we remove any tangled cheeses and wild yarn that accumulates. I take pride in doing my work correctly." 1 ?- mm Davis ?S t ?? y Karen Davis, Bailey secretary. "Although I am not directly involved in fabric production, I do my best in recording production reports and waste information. It really takes all of us working together to have a superior quality team." Robert Williams, Bailey Doffer. "A good doffer can help improve quality by using good doffing techniques. Also, I always try to prevent bobbins of yarn from falling on the floor." Evelyn Thompson, Plant No. 1 Weaving and instructor. "We all can do lots of things to improve quality.
