Each Vole I9
Important
Each day we hear more and more
about the up-coming elections?state,
local, and national.
Many of us fail to realize the importance
of an election and the value
of the right and privilege to vote.
Imagine the right to vote being
taken away from you. All of us like
to have some voice in who our elected
officials are.
Too many of us feel that our one
vote doesn't count, and that it doesn't
matter whether or not we cast our
ballot.
All votes count the same. No one
counts more than the other. Now the
18 year olds have the opportunity to
vote, and this will increase the size
of the electorate greatly.
As citizens of a democracy, let's
exercise this treasured opportunity to
vote by secret ballot.
Please remember that you must be
registered to vote. If you have not
already registered, do so.
