Christmas Savings To Be
Distributed Nov. 26
Clinton Mills employees' Christmas

1971 will stop with the collections for
week ending November 1971.
^ All checks will be given out with
the regular payroll checks November
28, 1971. Anyone not working this day
may get their check by calling by the
Payroll Office in person any time on
or after November 26, 1971 during
regular office hours.
Beginning week ending November
14. 1971, all collections for the year
1972 will be continued as we are now
^ collecting, unless the Payroll Office is
otherwise notified. Anyone may start,
stop, or change an account at any time
during the year, by notifying the Payroll
Office.
The 1972 Christmas savings will not
be due or payable until December 1972.
Plant No. 2
Safety (lotinril Officers

Superintendent, has been named President
of his plant's 1971-72 Safety
Council.
Other officers include Billy Heaton,
Vice President, (Spinning); Jimmy
Heaton, Secretary, (Weaving); and
Jimmy Clark, Asst. Secretary, (Weaving).
The group assists with the quarterly
safety meetings for the plant.
Miss Crocker To
Coordinate Speech Festival
Ginger Crocker, daughter of Industrial
Relations Director and Mrs. Claude
A. Crocker, has been chosen as the
student co-ordinator for the South
Carolina High School Speech Festival.
It is to be held at Columbia College
November 10.
Ginger is a Speech-Drama major, a
member of the Columbia College Dance
Company, Alpha Psi Omega, and the
CC Players.
She is also a 1969 Bailey Scholar.

United Fund Drive
Reaches $9,918.25
Clinton Mills employees have once
again responded well to the 1971-72
Greater Clinton United Fund Drive.
As The Clothmaker went to press,
Clinton employees had pledged $8,421
and contributed $1,497.25 in cash, making
a campaign total of $9,918.25
All departmental shift solicitors are
to be commended for their efforts in
making this year's drive a success.
Payroll deductions will not begin
until November for those using this
method of contributing.
