July 21, at 4 o'clock.

Gowned in Chantillv lace
and silk-faced peau de sole
with pearls and sequins, the
bride carried a white bouquet
of Sweetheart roses centered
with an orchid. Her dress had
a high scalloped neckline
controlled bell skirt with lace
front and peau de sole back
extending to a cathedral train
over which flowed a back lace
panel. Her bouffant veil was
held by a forward cap ot
organza petals tipped with
lace, pearls and aurora crystals.

Mrs. Vinola Dunawav,
charter member of the Clinton
Mills Old Timers Club
brought to a close a continuous
service record of 43vears
when she retired from
her spinning job August 3.
Vinola come to work at
Clinton as a young girl in
1920. She will be missed by
her large host of friends in
Spinning -1.

Members of the Methodist
Youth Fellowship of Bailey
Memorial Church were overnight
visitors at Lake Junaluska
the past week end. On
Saturday before leaving the
^roup visnea some of the
historical points of interest at
Junaluska. A short devotional
service was held in the Memorial
Chapel before the
Ejroup left to go to Maggie
Valley and a visit to Ghost
Town and the Cherokee Indian
Reservation at Cherokee,
North Carolina. Those making
