C. recently. Says he ate two Italian meals while there. His first & last. Among those attending the Textile Show in Greenville were Tom Powell. William Bowling, Ralph Blackwell and Houston Ellis. Mr. and Mrs. LaVon Templeton went shopping in Greenville on October 20. Cathy Jean Franklin celebrated her 1st birthday October 1. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Franklin. Harry is employed as a Weaver in No. 3. Ralph Blackwell has been a surgical patient during this month. Says he is doing fine now but will be out a few more weeks. We welcome Charles Gaffney as his replacement on third shift. Houston. Eileen and Andy Ellis went shopping in Greenville recently. Best one I had heard lately came from Jerrv Satterfield. He and Larry Gambrell from Laurens went deer hunting and at least one of them had bird shot. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Reaves attended the funeral of her uncle in Gaffnev on November 5. Betty Jo Frick has been a patient in the hospital recently. She is the daughter of Ruben Overstreet. Bovce Frick celebrated a birthday November 21. Tonv and Christine Dean celebrated their birthday October 27. Susan Dean will celebrate a birthday December 12. These are all grandchildren of Ruben Overstreet. Mrs. Toy McRuth and Mrs. Lillian Snyder of Union were recent visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Wade Pennington.
