Mrs. Vera Patterson and son, Wendal, of Laurens spent a Sunday recently with her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. W. R. McGinnis. Mr. and Mrs. Wade Thornton and children of Hazelhurst, Georgia and Mr. and Mrs. Claude Thornton of Calhoun Falls spent a week end with Mr. and Mrs. Obe Thornton. Mr. and Mrs. Billy Lawson and children of Waco, Texas spent 3 weeks with Billy's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dave Lawson. Billy is in the armed forces and stationed at Waco. Texas. Mr. and Mrs. David Pullv and children attended a big family reunion at Simpsonville recently. Joyce Walker and Debbie Robinson also attended. Everyone had a good time. Mrs. Barbara Perrv and children of Snartanhurtr are spending a week with Mrs. Perry's parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. N. Harrill.
