On February £3j£4, tlta*S>tudent Body, along with voting on AiMidatep running for Student Body positions, will have the opportunity to vote on two key amendments til the Student Government Constitution. ▲ After passing the Senate, The Student ody vote is the deciding factor in whether these amendments are ratified andr take affect. The amendments deal with howr Carolina Student Judicial Council operates and pits relationship with Student Government and how senate seats are apportioned each year. Both amendments are published below. For the complete legislative form of the amendments, you may visit www.sg.sc.edu, click on Senate Legislation 2003 and view SBL (03)081 and SBL (03)082. Complete copies of the current constitution are also available on the Student Government Website and will also be kept, along with copies of the explanation of amendments appearing below, at the front desk of the Student Government office on the second floor of the Bussell Bouse.
