It offers more of the same brilliant, blind ing sound we’ve come to expect from Coldplay. “A Rush of Blood to ihe Head” is, in a word, brilliant. It ranks right up there with “Parachutes.” Don’t expect another “Yellow” or “Shiver”; you’ll get something dif ferent on this album. This difference is one listeners will love. This album is an emo tional and liberated thrill ride. There is a renewed spirit in “A Rush of Blood to the Head”that shows the band’s maturity, as well as development. The pulsing rhythms and crescen dos make the ride one of the best. Take it. Comments on this story ?
