The Gamecock baseball team fended
off a scrappy Marshall club in a
thrilling three-game sweep over the
weekend to extend its winning streak
to nine games.
USC entered the ninth inning trailing
by one run on both Friday and Saturday,
but got clutch hitting to pull out
the wins.
Marshall led 3-2 on Friday going in- (
