Well, good, I haven't either, but I did have a really good weekend. Actually, it was an ostentatious weekend. Three things happened this week end that made it ostentatious. It's strange, because my weekends usual- ^ ly consist of me sleeping until 1:30 p.m. ^ Yeah, that's about all I do, except I ^ might get out of bed once to get 0 something to eat and/or drink. Obviously, this weekend was dif ferent because I used the word "ostentatious" (which means better than 111 good, in ways of bettering the good- te ness of that which is or was good) to ^ describe it, when I would use the word 1E "good" (which means not as good as os- w tentatious, but not as bad as bad) to m describe my usual weekends. 111 So, I'm sure you all are wonder- ^ ing what made my weekend so ostentatious. Gosh, you people are nosy lit- ei tie sons of b... bathroom toilets. Alright, ^ alright, ni talk about my ostentatious weekend. H First things first. The Washing- ^ ton Redskins beat the Detroit Lions, . which wasn't the hardest thing in the world to do, but my 'Skins needed S( the win to stay in pursuit of (can you ^ believe this) the New York Giants! Rreparediw Asst. Viewpoints Editor | e c] When it comes to college in the b Sonnenfeld household, there are three k distinct rules I have to abide by. First, a I have to finish in four years. Second, ti I cannot fail out. Third, I have to get a a job after I graduate. y I will graduate from USC this May v (knock on wood), thanks to the mira- 0 cle of a few random Advanced Place- t ment classes and the expert advise- j< ment of Dr. Henry Price (see College i of Journalism). So that obstacle is t leaped. And, since Fm finishing in time, t I haven't failed out. That's pretty sim-' v pie to understand.
