Graduation is planned for May in the College of Business Administration's Division of Research, the center will provide research and information on topics important to the state's real estate industry. The center has assembled a group of advisers from the real estate industry who will give the center advice on programs, research and help set the center's agenda. The { center has also appointed a group of faculty fellows from other South Carolina colleges and universities. The center will regularly publish a housing affordability index, as well as sponsor an annual real estate outlook conference. The center will also sponsor symposia on special topics of interest to the real estate industry, such as the future of the state's resort real estate and how . the influx of retirees to South Carolina will affect housing prices.
