Senators < CARA PELLATT Staff Writer With 17 senators present at the fin meeting of 1997, the Student Govemmer Senate elected Sen. Gene Willis of th School of Applied Professional Science! The senate selected Willis overSei Michele Marinkovic of the College c Liberal Arts by a count of 9-8 for th position of Senate Pro Tem. Willis was elected to the positio formerly occupied by Sen. Bryan Menee who graduated in December. Willis wi ^ no longer serve as chairman of th 9 athletics committee, but looks forwar to further participating in studer government. "I feel good that I'll be able t contribute more to the studen government," Willis said. In other business, Sen.
