1/2 - 2 C Crisco (for a 10" pan)
Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dip
bicken in milk, then in the flour mixture,
'lace chicken in hot Crisco for 10-15
linutes. Fry until the chicken is golden
rown, then remove from the pan and
ilace the chicken on a paper towel to
rain.

74 pound Ritz crackers crushed
Cook broccoli according to directions
in the box, drain and add 1/2 stick of
jutter and 1/2 pound of cheese. Stir until
heese melts. Put in greased baking dish,

asserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30
ninutes.

2 sticks of butter with eggs and powdered

minutes. Spread over crust. Add sliced
bananas, then pineapple. Cover with
Cool Whip, and top with nuts and cherries.
