Athletics Director Mike McGee was in attendance, along with Head Football Coach Brad Scott and former Heisman Trophy winner George Rogers. The new complex, a $1.6 million project, is a 3-story building that will house the offices of the football coaching staff. Some of its features include a deck overlooking the field, the 1980 Heisman Trophy awarded to Rogers, a gift shop and a privately donated stainless steel Gamecock.
