Catfish Jenkins is a band made up of Wes Yoakam, who plays acoustic guitar and lead vocals, electric guitarist Ian Brown, Chuck Lockwood on drums and Jason Cameron, the bassist. They're a club band from Athens that play their own songs, ana will soon make it big. How do I know this? Proceeds will benefit multiple charities, including St. Jude's Children Hospital, Palmetto Place, Special Olympics and Tomorrow's Hope. At given moments during their EP, "The Big Junk," they sound like Hootie and the Blowfish, R.E.M., Big Head Todd and the Monsters, Allman Brothers guitar and a southern rock version of Blues Trav? - .. 1 eler. However, it floesn t matter wno they sound like, but rather that everyone has found something they like about them. Given the old adage, you are who you hang out with, Catfish Jenkins is further destined to stardom. They performance of "The Tom Sawyer Sketchbook" by the Patchwork Players.
