ing when a proposal was made to discuss
a bill that would cut the pay of (
SGA executive officers. (
Business Sen. Paul Elam proposed '

committee last week, and Elam attempted
to use parliamentary procedure
to force the senate to consider
the bill. Senators then began leaving,
and journalism Sen. Stephen Brown
called for a quorum, which wasn't
met.
Twenty-one of 40 senators are
needed to have a quorum.
