"Jubilation," a cultural exhibit at McKiss Museum, displays African-American celet tions in the Southeast, according to muse /lif(\Atr\r T i?nn D aKiAn UUttlUl L^llII 1WIA/1WUU. "'Jubilation' deals with the whole concepl celebrations," she said. "Every culture has ( tain times that they celebrate.
