With the help of four touchdown passes from Jeff Blake, the Pirates (3-1) ended an eightgame losing streak at the hands of USC (1-2-1). "It's a big day for our university, fans and certainly for our football team," said coach Bil Lewis. "Today we have done what no other football team at this school has done, and that is beating South Carolina."
