The Association will also sponsor a "Black-Out Jam," Saturday at 8 p.m. in the ballroom. The program will feature the "United Step Team." Admission is $2.50 for everyone dressed in all-black, and $3.00 for anyone not dress in all-black. The programs are part of Black History Month '91, the 22nd Annual Observance of Black History Month. Psychologist to give talk on substance abuse Dr. Henry Braddock, an Atlanta clinical psychologist, will speak on alcohol and drug abuse in the black community at 7 p.m. Feb. 18 in the Russell House ballroom. Admission is free and open to the public. The program is part of USC's observance of Black History Month. USC student is named scholarship finalist Debbie Drucker, a political science junior from Spartanburg, has been named a Truman Scholarship finalist. The Truman Scholarship, named after former President Harry S. Truman, honors students who plan tp pursue a career in public service. The scholarship is based on academic success, leadership, service and political involvement. Two hundred finalists were chosen out of 1,100 nominees from across the country. Eighty-five scholarships will be awarded in March.
