SSlllusc BRIEFS'JI5B8 , ? i?; :?: -i__:??j Journalists part of panel discussion on war The Society of Professional Journalists and Horseshoe/Woodrow/ Thornwell residence halls will sponsor a question and answer session on the Persian Gulf War at 7 p.m. Tuesday. The meeting will include professional journalists from the Columbia area who traveled to Saudia Arabia to report on South Carolina's troops. Also featured will be a USC political psychologist who will analyze Saddam Hussein and George Bush's political style. Kent Sidel, a journalism professor who teaches an international communications course, will analyze the psychology of George Bush and Saddam Hussein. The session will take place in Carolina Coliseum room 3001. Red Cross holds three blood drives this week The American Red Cross will hold three blood drives on the USC campus this week. Anyone between the ages of 17 and 75 meeting all health history criteria may give blood. A person can donate blood every 56 days. Professor gives premenstrual syndrome talk Dr. Anna Stout, assistant professor of medical psychology at Duke University Medical School, will give a lecture on premenstrual syndrome Tuesday in Gambrell Hall. Stout is co-director of the Premenstrual Syndrome Clinic, Sex Therapy and Education Clinic and Pelvic Pain Clinic at Duke University.
