Nov. 1 Disorderly conduct, assault, Legare/Pickney, 902 Sumter St. Complainant states they asked subject to turn down his music at his own party, and he became verbally and physically abusive. USCPD was notified and subject was issued a field interview card. Complainants will handle the incident through student affairs. Driving under the influence, failure to cnange address, no vehicle registration in possession and ABC violation. Assembly and Greene St. Subject observed traveling west when he ran a traffic signal at above location. Subject was stopped by complainant and was very unsteady on his feet and a strong odor of alcohol was on his person. Subject placed under arrest for DUI and transported to Richland County Detention Center. Stolen license plate, Large Davis Field. Unknown person(s) stole victim's license plate. Malicious injury to personal property, larceny, S-6 lot. Unknown person(s) removed his antenna and scratched his trunk on his vehicle. Malicious injury to personal property, S-5 lot. Nov. 3 Violation of ABC law, 700 Sumter St. Subjecl was arrested for above offense. Violation of ABC law, Williams-Brice Stadium Complainant observed above subjects in possession of an alcoholic beverage. Both were charged with violation of ABC law. Both were arrested and lodged at Richland County Detention Center to await bond hearing. Breach of Trust, Williams-Brice Stadium. Complainant stated she observed subject taking money from people as they entered the Cockfesl event. Subject was accepting money illegally.
