From Staff Reports
For 15 USC football players,
Saturday's game against East Carolina
will be the last time they will
suit uo for a Gamecock homecom
ing game.
Gamecock head football coach
Sparky Woods had this to say about
his seniors: "I'm really pleased
with our seniors. They've been the
primary reason that we've narrowed
the gap of the transition and
helped the transition develop
quicker through the changes of the
coaching staff. Their support to
our ideas about practice and games
and such has been a great example

have been a great example off the
field which the entire image of our

have been just a very first class
group to lead our football team
into the season and represent South

hope all of our seniors would."
