CRIME F The following are entries taken from the USC Police Department's blotter. August 27 Burglary 2nd degree/grand larceny ? partial recovery, Legare. Police report states several items were removed from the above location without owner's permission. Petit larceny, Elephant Room of the coliseum. An electronic calulator was removed from USC Treasurer's office without permission. Burglary 2nd degree/larceny, Romm 513 of Physical Science Complex. Police report states a textbook was removed without permission. Burglary 2nd degree/grand larceny, Rutledge Chapel. USC Religion Department states items were removed. Auto breaking/larceny, 101 Pickens St. Complainant states his car was entered and some personal items were taken. Larceny, Russell House. Complainant states her wallet and keys were taken. August 28 Financial Transaction card fraud under $500, the coliseum. Police report states a customer's credit card was stolen. Grand larceny, Business Administration Building faculty parking lot. A musical instrument was removed from the USC Band van. August 29 Burglary 3rd degree/grand larceny, Thomas Cooper Library. Complainant states 15 textbooks were taken. Attempted burglary, Legare dormitory. Accord ing to a police report, persons unknown tried to gain entry to student's room through the window. Larceny, Thomas Cooper Library.
