Number of fi By NEIL BURTON and DEBORAH RYAN Staff Writers Fall freshman enrollment has increased in six of USC's 10 colleges from 1985 to 1988, university officials said. USC Admissions Statistician Brenda Johnson said certain colleges have lower enrollment figures for a particular year because admission requirements change. "Many students aren't eligible for some of these programs, so the enrollment figures are down for certain years," Johnson said. Low enrollment figures in some colleges may also be because of low overall freshman enrollment. "In 1986 we enrolled about 2,500 new students, 300 MONO?
