The QB lofted tc a timing pass to his man. in It was a beautiful wobbly d? duck pass, just like Dad used to G throw. The receiver caught it, tfc but his momentum carried him dangerously close to Bobby's little sister, who was considered si out of bounds. a "You were out," the defen- d sive man said. "I was not. I had my feet w in," he screamed, getting in his o face. a \ "We're not playing those tl stupid NCAA rules, we're play- n ing pro. One has to wonder just how ir this instant replay thing is Ding to KO. It's alreadv heina ;cd in professional football, ith less than great success, so hat other sports could assibly use the IR? What if baseball were to go > the IR. Not only would it ;stroy the very essence of this ne pastoral game, but it would pen up the possiblity of having ? watch Sparky Anderson spit i slo-mo or it could be used to etermine whether Goose ossage was shifting his jock to le left or the right. Maybe golf will start using it a the people that haven't lready gone to sleep will finally oze off. And what about professional >resiling? Considering the job f referee in these matches is Iready moot, don't you think ic slo-mo would make it that luch more exciting? Come on, 'e could zoom in on Ivan and likita and actually prove to the i-orld that they're loading their Ibow pads. It would be a ublic service.
