Do you get some kind of vigorous exercise for 20-30 minutes at least three times a week (like running, swimming or brisk walking)? Most of you who answered yes to the first question answered no to the second. As odd as it may seem, you usually get more energy back from exercise than you put into it. It's as if energy invested in exercise yields an energy "profit." | A few minutes of exercise (instead of a junk food snack) may give you the extra N energy you need. This would include things like jogging, running, bicycling, swimming, roller skating, ice skating, cross country skiing, rowing, etc. The benefits from exercise are so substantial as to require no exaggeration.
