Research, leads ^ From Staff Reports Education and the challenges it presents S.C. leaders will be examined Friday and Saturday at a meeting of Leadership South Carolina. The conference program will look at research, technology, citizen participation and political and leadership skills as they pertain to education. The conference will begin 9a.m. Friday at 4; USC's Capstone House. The morning program will open with John McFadden, vice president for intercultural affairs at USC, and Gordon McAndrew, superintendent of schools with Richland District One.
