Students will walk to the State House at 3 p.m. to hold a rally lasting about 20 minutes. the association will operate under fixed and proportional representation. Fixed representation will be used to elect the organization's officials. Each school will have one vote coming from a campus representative, such as a student government officer. Proportional representation will be used on issues concerning lobbying for State House bills. The number of votes each school gets for these issues depends on the school's size.
