Barry Gray, Finance Committee chairman, I proposed an allocation of tl QQft fnr fiup law ctnHpnti: tr> travel to New York City to compete in the National Moot Club competition. ^ "They have to go by plane, w not bus, because they have to \ prepare for the competition ahead of time," Gray said. Judiciary Sen.
