Donald Ray Perry of 1520 Crossland Road has been hospitalized since March 9, when he was judged too ill to stand for a bond hearing in connection with the shooting death of Mary J. Heimberger. Perry should be released from S.C. State Hospital Tuesday or Wednesday, Anders said, and a preliminary hearing should be held within the next two weeks.
