Keith Jackson will do the I play-by-play for the telecast, with Ara Parsegian providing the color commentary. The telecast will begin at 12:00 noon, with the kickoff slated for 12:35 p.m. USC is currently ranked 14th in the nation, and the Bulldogs are ranked fourth.
