Eugene Carmichael, "Mike" O'Boyle was last seen leaving his home at Broadmoor Apartments on Riverbend Drive to have a friend work on his car. Holderman pointed out that USC did not request this money. "These figures are dictated by the formula," he said. "We don't come up with them.
