Iran Don Luce, iournalist and agricultural expert, was instrumental in publicising prison conditions and civilian casualties in the Vietnam War. Former U.S. Ambassador to South Vietnam, Graham Martin, credited Luce as being one of two people responsible for ending the Vietnam War.
