Myron Congers and a group of fellow USC students have been trying to get the organization off the ground. They submitted an application for a charter to Student Activities earlier this year. Rick Miller, assistant director of RHUU campus programming, said that "some part of the constitution was incomplete and it was returned to the organizers for revision." Congers said that the revision is almost complete and that a constitution should be submitted to Student Activities within a couple of weeks.
