Savitsky said the recent rape of an USC student in the Blossom surwt was a factor in passing the resolution. Two students will patrol the campus every day from sundown I to sunup, he said. "ANY PLACE THAT students have to leave at a certain time will be patrolled," Savitsky said. The patrols will carry walkie-talkies to communicate with campus police.
