Jeff Bellinger won the individual championship with a 200 per game average, and Dave Leadbitter bowled a 197 average to enable Carolina to win the tournament with a 952 overall score. There are 15 regional tournaments whirh talro nlano nationwide, and USC will meet one of the winners, yet to be decided, March 20. Carolina's Steve Adams also won the singles event with a 623 series for three games. "This is the best Carolina team ever, and we have improved a lot since last year," said team captain Matt Culbertson. "Our team is well-rounded and we all play well together." The bowling club has a roster of ten players, but only six compete in matches.
