Probably you know what it needs a tailored diet, improved posture, special exercises, all taking weeks or months for results.... ...Divide your clothes into two lots--those you like and those you don't. Try to analyze why you've loved or hated them. Here are some of the suggestions to help you settle your doubts. If you're too fat, never wear tight clothes: fool the eye with a good but easy fit. Stress simplicity and trimness; avoid floating, puffy or dangling trim. Ban bright colors, wide or contrasting belts, tran sparent shiny or thick fabrics. If you are thin you should wear clothes that have fullness and horizontal lines. Look for neck lines and sleeves that soften and cover. Choose wide, contrasting belts; rolled or flared collars with curved outlines; boxy jackets of hip length or longer Avoid severly tailored, clinging or masculine designs. To shorten a long, thin neck, wear scarves or built up neckline standing collars, round curving collars that flare or roll.
