Gets New Head
Darlington attorney Paul A.
Sansbury has been elected
president of the University of South
Carolina Educational Foundation
for a two-year term.
Sansbury received his bachelor
and law degrees from USC, and
has been a member of the board of
the University's Educational
Foundation since its inception in
1958 and also served as president of
the USC Alumni Association in
1955-56.
A former state representative
from Darlington County, Sansbury
has held the office of president of
the Darlington County Bar
Association, the Darlington
Kiwanis Club and the State
Municipal Attorneys Association.
He succeeds Columbia attorney
Charles W. Knowlton as president
of the USC Foundation.
