was called several times to make
sure that students did not come
down to sign up, leave, and then
,ome oacK :n the morning
o get in line.
Of course, when the doors
opened there were people who tried
to cut in line, but most were caught
and turned away.
As students clutched their tickets
as they walked away from the
Coliseum, there were diverse
opinions of whether it was all worth
it. One person said under his
breath, "Even if UCLA comes here
within the next year, I am not
going to go down there that early
again." But most people had a look
of relief in thei r eyes that said it
was really worth it.
