The Baby ,Yellow Jackets should provide an interesting contrast as they have demonstrated consider able defensive prowess in impres sive wins over both Alabama's frosh squad, 14-7 and Tennessee, 9-7. The Biddies will be without their two most effective offensive players, as both Russ Jackson and Jeff Grantz will stay at home for action in the varsity clash with Wake Forest. Defensive lineman Jay Saldi and rover back Bruce Duke will also join the varsity unit and will not make the trip to Atlanta. Jackson and Grantz combined to set five school freshman season records and tie another in the Bid dies loss to the Cubs, and their absence will undoubtedly limit the effectivness of the Biddies attack. Zeb Shue, who has attempted only ten passes this season, will open at quarterback. Either Bosie White or Randy Chastain will take Jackson's spot in the starting lineup. Grantz put his name in the USC record book by setting new seasons standards for passes attempted, 91, total offense, 658, and yards gained passing, 572. He also tied the frosh mark for completions with 41, in the loss to Clemson. Grantz was blanked in the first half but came back to comnlete 11 of 33 passes for 158 yards and one score. Jackson's 103 yards rushing in 20 carries against the Cubs was the third time in five games he has topped the 100 yard mark and MALE SENIORS CIAL You! iug, with your handsomely ill be a pleasant r college days.
