A Vista volunteer is signed on for a minimum of one year, although he can be released at any time. Wor kers cannot serve in the Peace Corps or Vista for more than five years. This is to avoid establishing a beauracracy and preventing new ideas from entering into the organi zation. Jobs available in Vista are tutor ing programs, educating those in need of welfare on their rights, working in various clinics with drug addiction and birth control. Vista and the Peace Corps have recently merged under one organi zation called Action. The two groups are branches of Action. or dance-buffet Knowles. Tickets for the event, to which Carolina alumni and friends are invited, are on sale in advance for =6 each at the USC Alumni Associa tion, University House, College and Barnwell Streets, and will be sold for $7 each at the armory Saturday. The dance-buffet is part of Homecoming activities that include "Cockfest '72" on Friday and alumni meetings on Saturday and cul minates with the USC-Miami of Ohio football game at williams Brice Stadium.
