ECO 70's changes told tonight ECO 70's will meet tonight at 7:30 p.m. in room 307 Russell House to discuss the future of the environmental group. Plans for restructuring the organization will be discussed. In response to student criticism, members of the board of directors will present alternatives to the present organization. Plans for phasing out the leadership will be announced in order to provide new mechanics for leadership and the im plementation of a new structure. Scott Holtzclaw, President of ECO 70's, said that the changes to be proposed will essentially create a new environmental group. The meeting will be conducted as an open forum for ideas. Suggestions of the general membership will determine the future structure and activities of the group. A group of students from the geology department will sponsor a film concerning the environmental damage presently being done within the state of Alaska. A member of that group will attend the meeting of ECO 70's to explain the film. . Plan for the origin-destination survey to be held Wednesday will be explained and volunteers solicited. In addition Peggy O'Neal will report on the status of the recycling bins now in use on the first floor of the Russell House. Golden Spur to become coffee house The Golden Spur will be the site of an International'Coffee House at 8 p.m. tonight. Sponsored by the Nightclub Committee in co-ordination with International Week, the Coffee House will feature international acts, entertainment and food. As part of the entertainment, a Japanese Fan dance and a Latin American Snake dance will be featured along with American performers on various instruments such as guitar, violin, and banjo. Patrick Rutledge will be playing the piano. International food will also be offered for the spectators watching the acts. Menus will be available, and food will include bagels and ceam cheese, English muffins and Chinese Almond cookies. Drinks wil consist of regular coffee, rum-flavored coffee, mocha coffee with ice cream and various exotic teas. Admission is free, but there will be anominal charge for food. All proceeds will go to "Little USC", USC's ten adopted overseas children. Puppets Tomorrow As a feature of International Week, WUSC-AM is sponsoring a "Magical Mystery Marathon" to raise money for "Little USC." Joe Comeaux and Ed Turner, who are running the marathon, will be on the air through this af ternoon and "possibly longer, if we don't fold up." The marathon is being run from the WUSC remote unit, which is set up in the first floor lounge of the Russell House. Ed Turner said the marathon came about through planning by himself and Dave Warehime (Orlando Orlando), the station's program director. The marathon started at 9 p.m. Friday. Orlando Orlando came by and between 2 and 7 a.m. Sunday morning, he and Ed Turner had a "Moldy Oldie War." Turner said Orlando went up to themain studio and played a solid gold request and then "I decided to zap him back with one that was even older."
