| Sen ''he 1971 Senior Class officers will sponsor a student opinion poll today to aid in selecting a c-ss project. Polling places will be open from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. and will be located in the following areas: No. I Russell House lobby No. 2 Men's Towers lounge No. 3 South 'rower dorm No. 4 Capstone lobby. Proposals listed on the ballot include: landscaping of USC back campus (behind McKissick Library), a contemporary sculpture on the Russell House Patio or Humanities green, a mural of the 1850 USC campus in the entrance hall of the University House (opposite Capstone) which serves as a center for official USC entertainment functions. A blank space will be provided for ad ditional proposals. Students are asked to judge the proposals on the basis of which will contribute most of the USC campus enviroment. CAROLINA FLYING CLUB In 1961 the original Carolina Flying Club was chartered and in corporated. This club was organized to provide Carolina students and faculty members with the opportunity to engage in flying as a recreational activity and to encourage and develop skills in aeronautics, navigation, mechanics and other related aero sciences. This club has been inoperative for the past few years, however, the club is being reorganized under new leadership with new, more progressive ideas. Any student or faculty member who is now a pilot or desires to learn to fly at the lowest possible rate will be interested in this new club. The club's main objective will be to provide low cost flying to its members. The initial cost of a share in the club and the dues will be well within anyone's financial range.
