They handed out N.A.A.C.P. voter registration material. Three to four hundred new voters were contacted and coun seled by CHA workers. Emphasis was placed on reaching unregistered voters in the 18-20 year old bracket. The approach wa4 non-partisan. An increase in the number of registered voters in the First Congressional District was the ob.ective of the drive. Barbara Ohanensian, when asked what her reaction to the trip was said, "I feel I reached a larger number of people than an ticipated."
