Attending will be 230 elected delegates and invited alternates and observers. A leadership training prograin involving discussion of club orga. nization, membership recruitment and programs will start the day. Later, exhibits of successful proj. ects and camapign ideas from clubs across the state will be presented. Speakers will include state GOP Chairman Ray Harris, state Sen. Floyd Spence and First District GOP Chairman Arthur Ravenel. The keynote speaker, Young Re. publican Chairman Jack MacDon ald of Tennessee, will address the clubs' representatives on "Oppor. tunities Unlimited: The Future of the GOP." Other activities include an awards luncheon and platform ses sion. In the afternoon constitu tional amendments, bylaws a n d Bell Cai The R. G. Bell Camp will be open on weekends starting next weekend. A staff member will be on duty from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Satur days and Sundays. After exams the camp will go into full time op eration.
