Erosion has created deep crevices over half of the park ing area. ANSWER: According to Vice President of Business Affairs Harold Brunton, USC plans to acquire all the north half of the block on which Capstone is located. Additional buildings are to be constrticted including a smaller com panion dorm to Capstone. No efforts to finish the grounds before construction are planned. The parking lot, according to Brunton, "will not be paved for months or possibly years." However, realizing that the crevices on the lot are a hazard to coeds parking there, he said, "a check of the area will be made and efforts to alleviate the problem will be taken as soon as possible." Brunton had not real ized that the state of the lot had become a problem. QUESTION: Why, after it was announced that football tic kets could not be picked up in groups, were some dis tributed that way for the Georgia game? One guy in front of me had about 25 coupon books. Is the no-groups Dolicy being discontinued? ANSWER: Coach Bill Loving, director of student ticket sales, said the new policy is for groups such as fraterni ties to take their coupon books to the ticket office on Tuesday nights, where they will be provided tickets. During daily ticket sales, one student is not allowed to pick up a group of tickets. Loving said one student can get up to four tickets-with two coupon books and two date books. Some persons were allowed to get several tickets for the Georgia game because Pinkerton officials did not know about the new rule, Loving said, but the' officials have been instructed to discontinue the practice., QUESTION: Where can a student (transfer) find the words; to the USC Alma Mater? ANSWER: The words to the USC Alma Mater can be found on the inside cover of the Carolina Community, a book let published to acquaint students and faculty with the available services, facilities, and rules of the Carolina campus.
