Policy Carolina's nine regional cam puses have been given appreciably greater autonomy, P r e s i d e n t Thomas F. Jones said recently. The changes, based on recent policy actions of the B o a r d of Trustees, placed wider authority for administering the r e g i o n a 1 campuses in the hands of their resident directors and placed the t o t a 1 University system directly under the p r e s i d e n t's office, SNEA Sponsors Drop - In The entire Russell House has been reserved for a drop-in spon sored by the Student National Ed ucation Association. The event, scheduled for Wed nesday from -1 to 6:30 p.m., is open to all students. SNEA is planning the drop-in in order to acquaint freshmen as w e 1 1 as upperclassmen in the School of Education with their ad visors, dean and fellow students. This occasion will also give stu dents an opportunity to l e a r n about the Student National Edu cation Association and to join the organization. SNEA will p r o v i d e refresh ments.
