Towers Gc At Decorat Money and responsibility were recently transferred from the ad ministration to the student gov ernment of M and N dormitories. When the University ran out of funds for the completion of the interior decorating of the lobby between the two dorms, the gov ernments took over. Since an existing state law re quires all dvrmitories to be .self supporting, funds from facilities in the dormitories are now being allotted to the student govern ment of the complex.
